Reaction & support
The tool torque requires a suitable reaction arrangement. Match the reaction arm to the tool configuration, joint geometry and a sufficiently strong contact point.
Selection note
For a simple perpendicular static example, F = M / r: 1,000 Nm at an effective lever arm of 0.10 m corresponds to 10,000 N. This is not an engineering approval; real geometry, angles, loads and instructions matter.
Application & selection
Extra handles support guidance; suspension may carry weight. Neither replaces a suitable torque reaction. Extended, sliding and offset arrangements require application-specific assessment.
Discuss your application
Plan reaction movement before operating and keep hands clear of pinch points. Follow the exact equipment instructions. Send photos of the nut, adjacent joint, contact surface and space, together with torque and socket size.
